Welcome
Eva de Coro supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, calming the nervous system, and creating a more balanced way of living through Manual Therapy and personalized Health Coaching.
Her work is rooted in the belief that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes—it comes from learning how to listen to your body, reduce stress patterns, and support your overall well-being in a sustainable way.
The goal is not just temporary relief, but long-term health and greater clarity in how you feel each day.
Together, we focus on restoring energy, supporting nervous system regulation, improving mental clarity, and building simple habits that help you feel more like yourself again.
Your body has an incredible ability to adapt and heal. Eva’s work is here to help you reconnect with that natural capacity so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control of your well-being.

What is Chronic Pain & How Can I Help?
Chronic pain is more than occasional discomfort—it is pain that lingers over time and can show up in many different ways, such as headaches, jaw tension, neck and back discomfort, muscle tightness, or stress-related tension in the body.
Living with ongoing pain can affect your energy, sleep, mood, and the way you move through daily life.
My work focuses on supporting women through Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and health coaching to help them reconnect with their bodies and create a greater sense of ease and well-being.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, sessions support the nervous system, the body’s natural rhythms, and the connection between physical and emotional stress patterns.
The goal is to help you feel more at ease in your body—so you can move, rest, and live with greater comfort and awareness.
What We Offer

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
CST is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses light touch to support the nervous system, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. I specialize in working with women and children (ages 0-9 months), helping them find relief from chronic pain, stress, and nervous system imbalances.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
MLD is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support your body’s natural detoxification system. Using light, purposeful touch, MLD encourages the movement of lymph — a fluid that helps remove waste and toxins — while calming the nervous system and reducing inflammation. This soothing therapy promotes internal balance, supports immune health, and eases physical discomfort in a deeply relaxing way.

HEALTH COACHING
I empower midlife women to rediscover their vitality and live life on their own terms through personalized coaching. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the one-size-fits-all solutions out there and craving a tailored approach that honors your unique needs and goals, this coaching is for you. Together, we'll address burnout, improve your overall well-being, and unlock your full potential for a more vibrant, balanced, and fulfilling life—without relying on drastic medical measures.
What People Are Saying

Hi! I'm Eva de Coro
Hi I'm Eva
I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. In 2003, I moved to the United States after meeting the person who would become my husband, beginning a new chapter far away from everything I had known.
While it was an exciting and meaningful transition, it was also one of the greatest challenges of my life. At the time, I didn’t realize how deeply that change was affecting my nervous system and my health.
Over the years, I experienced infertility, anxiety, postpartum depression, migraines, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and eventually was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Like so many women, I spent years searching for answers, hoping to understand why I no longer felt like myself.
Appointment after appointment, I often left with another diagnosis, another test, or another prescription, but I still felt something was missing. I wasn't simply looking for temporary relief—I wanted to understand why my body was struggling and what I could do to better support it.
That search changed the course of my life.
