While I have expertise in various areas, my true passion and specialization lie in mental health, with a particular focus on guiding and assisting individuals coping with feelings of anxiety and depression. I am committed to helping those who live in a perpetual state of fear or constantly revisiting the past, and struggling with low self-esteem, guiding them toward a path of healing and empowerment.

Getting 30-45 minutes to explore your wellness goals with a trained professional it is rare. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most healthcare practitioners look at healthy eating as-counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins-giving you a specific diet to follow. Instead of creating lists of restrictions of good and bad foods, together we will discover the food and lifestyle choices that best supports you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals. My clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. You will learn, grow, and develop beyond what you can do alone.
