Work with Me
I have a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at the person as a whole, considering all areas of your life from career, finances to spirituality, and relationships, and how these are connected.
Does your lack of sleep prevent you from having mental clarity? Does you stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat?
My unique approach gets to the root cause of mental exhaustion, implements cutting edge mindset tools, nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you achieve the life you always wanted to live. Whether it’s increasing energy, coping with anxiety and stress, bringing joy into your life, improving mental clarity while reaching optimal weight.
We’ll work together prioritizing what matters most to you, and your well-being. We’ll use these visions to set up specific goals that are meaningful and self-motivating for you, and bring you closer to where you want to be.
Certainly, food plays a very important role in our lives and the way it makes us feel. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, neither will we spending time worrying about counting calories, or points that we consume daily, instead we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.
My mission is to equip you with complete self and health-awareness to be your own health advocate, so you can make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance, at any time.
Who can benefit from working with a Health Coach?
Let me ask you...
Do you feel stuck in life, lacking clarity, direction and focus in one or more areas of your life?
Tired of trying a one-size fit all approaches to diet-yet not getting long lasting results?
Ready to start a new chapter in your life, to feel healthier, happier, and more energized but you don’t know how to start or to keep it up?
Fed up depending on nicotine, tried everything under the umbrella, and nothing has worked?
Do you want to feel confident in choosing and preparing better food for you and your loved ones?
Do you want to feel great in your body again, experience an increase in overall happiness, and completely turn your life around?
If you answered YES to one of these questions, then my answer is YES! You are ready for change, and you could benefit from working with a Health Coach.
We will explore some concepts during our work together:
The Integrative Nutrition Plate†, and the concept of how a plate should appear at meal time. It emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size.
The Integrative Nutrition Plate†, focuses on the importance of using local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water.
The plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health–relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality.
I will refer to these as Primary food †because they’re often more important than the food that’s on your plate. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
When you learn how to Deconstruct Cravings††, and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. The concept of Bio-Individuality*is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs.
One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.
Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition.
My approach is different–by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will Crowd Out††the unhealthy food in your diet.
This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.
