Additionally, you’ll receive a convenient 5-day meal plan—eliminating any guesswork from your meal preparation process. For those who are creatively inclined in the kitchen, there’s also a food guideline to inspire your culinary creativity. As part of our journey together, we’ll host two Q&A calls—one before and one after the program—to celebrate our progress and address any queries you may have.

Plus, you’ll benefit from ongoing support within our dedicated Facebook group. This program is designed to put your health goals into action over the course of our time together. Do I need to buy any special equipment or supplements?

You’ll only need basic kitchen tools, such as a blender.

What if I’m gluten-free, dairy-free, or have other dietary restrictions?

Rest assured, the program offers plenty of food options making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions. However, please note that this program is not suitable for vegetarians due to the absence of beans or legumes. You won’t go hungry, as this program isn’t about deprivation. If you have additional dietary restrictions not mentioned above, please inform me in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Is the program safe while breastfeeding or pregnant?

Yes, actually it’s highly recommended. The healthier your body, the better the outcome will be for both of you. Please consult your healthcare provider prior to embarking on this journey.

What if I’m taking medication or I’m under a physician’s care?

If you are taking medication (including blood pressure or insulin) or are under a physician’s care, I highly encourage you to talk with your healthcare professional before embarking on this journey or taking any supplements. This program works so well that your blood sugar and blood pressure can drop dramatically in a day or two. You must work with your doctor to monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar and adjust your doses as necessary.
