Sycamore Therapeutic Massage has a NO TIPPING POLICY.

Exceptional service should be expected each visit.

BOOKING:
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card is not charged, only stored
in an encrypted, PCI server with Square.

ARRIVING ON TIME:
Please always plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. The start time of your appointment is when I
want you ON the massage table. If you are late, your massage has started without you and will
still end on time. Please help me give you the full session you are paying for by being early.

The following applies to single sessions, pre-paid sessions, and memberships:

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING
I have reserved your appointment time JUST for you.
I require at least 24 hour notice for any cancellation/rescheduling. Please CALL at 815.517.7466
anytime and leave a message if I am not available. Note: It is your responsibility to ensure you
have received a reply from me to confirm cancellation BEFORE your missed appointment
time. 
 Cancellations/rescheduling via text or email are not acceptable, and they will be
considered no show/no notice, therefore your card will be charged for the full single
session rate- (regular not discounted rate).
 Cancel/change within 24 hours for any reason: You card will be charged 50% of
the single session rate.
 No show/no notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, your
card will be charged for the FULL single session rate. 
 Had you planned on using a gift certificate for your appointment will be voided, if
cancel/change appointment within 24 hour or no show/no notice.
 You can avoid these charges above by sending someone in your place!
 If a true emergency presents itself, you develop a contagious illness, or have a sudden
unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make your
appointment, please let me know immediately by calling me at 815.517.7466. If I am not
able to fill the vacancy, the same cancellation fee rules above will apply, unless an
exception is granted, only at the discretion of Sycamore Therapeutic Massage

PAYMENT & COMMUNICATION
 Sycamore Therapeutic Massage communication is done via phone or email.  I do not
reply to txt unless is related with post treatment considerations (meaning 1-2 days after
tx) and only during business hours.
 Sycamore Therapeutic Massage accepts Cash or credit cards for payment, including
Health Savings or Flex savings Accounts.   
Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction is important.
